[*][b]I have a unique set of experiences and outlook on how I view life due to my unique experiences. As both a member of the alphabet brigade and a woman, both of which are generally not found on games like Garry's Mod, I think I bring a fresh set of eyes and view to the team.[/b]

[*][b]I like to think I respond pretty well to stressful situations. I keep a calm and cool head, and I'm not afraid to walk away from something if I'm emotionally compromised with it.[/b]

[*]I would TP them away from other players outside the map and then jail them to ensure they cannot continue causing chaos. I would then issue punishment as allowed by my rank and the severity of the RDM.

[*]I would first issue a warning if the incident isn't severe enough to warrant punishment directly. If it continues, I would simply escalate punishment within my allowed realm until the situation is resolved, or I have to elevate it to a higher level staff member.

[*][b]With the upmost importance. The personal information of players on the server is probably the most important thing to safeguard. If a player has information relating to private information on another player, it should be the highest priority. [/b]
