What Regiment are you applying for? Clone Trooper
In a situation where you lack command presence and your battalion does not listen to you, how would you handle it? Request their obedience or result in disciplinary actions such as laps around the base, demotion, or even having them take a BCT course to improve their discipline and obedience to Command. If they still refuse to comply there is a chance of blacklisting said member from the Battalion.
As a commander, what is your plan for leading your regiment? The main focus would be getting the Troopers prepared for slotting them in other Battalions, but the main focus would be teaching them proper tactics in frontline combat and successfully leading them towards victory swiftly.
Explain your training and recruitment process for new members. Pass the initial training process as a Cadet for recruitment. Training would include tactics such as proper ways of holding a line, pushing via bounding strategy, and shooting targets while under pressure.
Are you committed to always telling the truth as a commander? Always.
If another commander commands you to do something during a mission, what is your response? It would depend on the request. If the request makes sense and holds tactical advantage there would be no questions asked, but if the request isn't advantageous, he would be declined and offered another approach.
Define command presence and its importance in leadership. Without Command and Leadership warfare becomes chaotic. There is no structure and everything will collapse. Leadership has the responsibility of making sure their ranks are up to standard and ready for the path ahead, but they also are logical and capable of making responsible decisions whether that being in the heat of battle or simply in an office.
How would you handle a member of the regiment breaking rules or not following commands? Question #5 would take place.
